My Goal
I am a Beachbody Coach, what that means is that I help others get into shape by providing ongoing support and motivation, and also answer any questions they might have about diet and exercise. If you are looking to shed some extra pounds and get in the best shape of your life, message me and I can tell you how to do so! I know how hard losing weight is or how hard being in shape may seem, but if you have a need to be fit now I'll show you how easy it is. See the About me page to know how I became fit. Most people think that being in shape takes 6-12 months. I am proof that it takes 2-3 months. How you can be on course to get fit now
When I began my transformation it started with a program called Insanity. This program is an intense workout program geared towards people looking to be athletic, but the main attributes this program focuses on is speed, stamina, and agility. All parts of the body are targeted, but legs and abs get hit the hardest. While Insanity is a great program it will not benefit everyone, if you have knee issues this program may not be for you however, Beachbody has many other programs. Health Events
If you are looking for a way to test out any of the Beachbody programs or supplements, then head on over to my Health Events page. At these events you'll get to meet others like yourself who are trying to reach their fitness goals. At the same time you'll meet me and you can get answers to questions about dieting, you can inquire about Beachbody products, and find out about the free support you can have on your fitness journey.
Dieting
The D word that spells doom for you consuming junk food, but in return you'll have a stronger and healthier body because what you put in your body will fuel it to be at its best.
