P90X One on One

P90X one one one is not like the other workout programs listed here. What I mean is that it doesn't offer a calender like the other programs do and you don't get a nutrition guide along with it. This program works in conjunction with the Power 90 and P90X DVDs. I would recommend you do not buy the this program unless you have completed Power 90 or P90X.

Within this section there are multiple options for P90X One on One:
P90X One on One single DVD workouts- this option sells each workout within the P90X one on one series individually.
P90X One on One Volume 1- this option sells the entire volume 1 series of  P90X One on One.
P90X One on One Volume 2- this option sells the entire volume 2 series of  P90X One on One.
P90X One on One Volume 3- this option sells..... you get the point.

The Volume 1 is the prequel to P90X.
The Volume 2 is the sequel for P90X.
The Volume 3 is the prequel  to P90X2.

Just like all the other P90X programs you'll have to purchase the equipment for the program if you don't already have it.
