Coach Jerome's Health Events
Have you ever seen an advertisement for a Beachbody workout program and wanted to try it, but you would like to know if any of those programs are right for you or if you are trying to get in shape and you aren't sure how start, then you should try to attend one of my health events. These events will be broken into 2 types, Shake & Share events and Fit Club events. In a Shake and Share event I will be allowing attendants to sample shakeology, I'll explain what shakeology is and I'll briefly discuss workout programs that Beachbody has to offer. I'll also discuss dieting and how I can help you to stay on track to getting the body you always wanted. In a Fit Club event, I will be showcasing one of the workout programs from Beachbody where you will be able to workout to the video, in a group setting. Along with experiencing the workout program you will also be able to sample some of Beachbody's nutritional products like Shakeology. Health Event- Things to bring
-friend (the more the merrier)

-sneakers -water bottle
-towel -shorts/ sweatpants (no jeans)
-friend (the more the merrier)

Workout Event

Every Friday and Saturday I do cardio and yoga classes.
The classes are $10 per person, $15 if you and a friend attend together.
There is free parking in the rear of the building by turning on to St. Luke's Place.
There is daycare available for those with children who need to be supervised. The cost of this is $5 per child.
There are no shoes allowed in the workout area, you are welcome to wear socks or be barefoot, the surface is padded.
