Why should you get this? It fulfills your vitamin b12 needs and yes this is vegan. You can sprinkle this on your food, make vegan mac and cheese, make any sort of cheese based product without the use of dairy, etc. This takes a very long time to finish, it can take you over 1 month or more to finish this entire thing based on your own usage.

Plant Based Field Roast Sasauge
