You may be wondering about some of those foods like the kidney, mackerel, ackee and callaloo. If you haven't figured it out well I'm Jamaican. But aside from that these are the foods I mainly eat because that's what is in my fridge. You may not have these things in your fridge and for that reason I have made a page that tells you what foods are healthy and what foods aren't. As for almonds and other form of nuts they are advertised to have a good source of protein, but the nutrient you'll get most from it is fat. This also holds true for peanut butter.
