Foods I usually have in my diet

Proteins

​You may be wondering about some of those foods like the kidney, mackerel, ackee and callaloo. If you haven't figured it out well I'm Jamaican. But aside from that these are the foods I mainly eat because that's what is in my fridge. You may not have these things in your fridge and for that reason I have made a page that tells you what foods are healthy and what foods aren't. The page is titled Michi's Ladder, use this page to guide your diet so that you can be that much closer to having a healthy body. 

As for almonds and other form of nuts they are advertised to have a good source of protein, but the nutrient you'll get most from it is fat. This also holds true for peanut butter.

If you have doubts about what I say then go to google and do the search "nutritional value of _______" and then enter your desired food in the blank space. It will give you a complete breakdown of the food you entered from all the calories in the food, to the exact gram count of the food, to all the minerals in the food.
