Intermediate Programs

The programs in this section are used to help transition someone into being athletic. They present a challenge that push you past your limits. The programs listed here will be separated by those that require equipment and those that don't. The ones that don't require equipment are geared towards getting you more stamina and the one that do require equipment offer routines that take a balanced approach to getting you fit. . But whichever program you decide to buy will guarantee you a better body in 2-3 months. 

The programs that require equipment either have equipment when you buy the program or you may have to buy them separately, however you may always buy extra equipment as you see fit. For more information on this matter you may contact me.
