These programs will help you to get into the best shape of your life
You may have heard of programs advertised on TV such as Insanity and P90X. These programs were created by the organization Beachbody. While these 2 programs give great results it is not for everyone. If you are unable to jog a mile in under 10 minutes or have knee issues, Insanity may not be a program for you. If you unable to commit to at least 1 hour a day everyday then P90X isn't for you. That is the only downside to those programs but their upside is that they'll get you into the best shape of your life.
Outside of those two programs there are a plethora of workout programs made by Beachbody. All of which has varying degrees of difficulty. Below is a list of the programs.
